Shipping policy

Dispatch
All orders purchased on this store are dispatched from our storage in Germany within 48 hours after purchase, excluding weekends and holidays.

All orders are securely sent via Deutsche Post / DHL Standard Shipping. We will notify you of your order shipping status. All delivery times shown below are an estimate and we do everything we can to meet these times. In case of exceptions or a delay, we will contact you.

Shipping costs and estimated delivery time
We offer free shipping for orders above €100 within the European Union (EU).
For all other order values shipping costs are as follows:

• Within Germany → Deutsche Post / DHL National → 2 to 4 working days → €3.99
• Within Italy → Deutsche Post / DHL International → 2 to 5 working days → €3.99
• Within the EU → Deutsche Post / DHL International EU → 2 to 8 working days → €4.99
• Within Europe (Non EU - UK, CH, NOR)* → DHL International World → 3 to 10 working days → €19.99

*Outside the European Union, International delivery costs do not include taxes or duties which may be applied by customs at the destination country. Any taxes or duties incurred are the responsibility of the recipient. For export and customs processing reasons outside the European Union, the value of the goods must not exceed €1000.

Any unclaimed packages which are returned to us will be charged with the actual cost of the return shipping.

Please note that return shipping charges are covered by the customers.
