The length of time that a cookie remains on your computer or mobile device depends on whether it is a “persistent” or “session” cookie. Session cookies last until you stop browsing and persistent cookies last until they expire or are deleted. Most of the cookies we use are persistent and will expire between 30 minutes and two years from the date they are downloaded to your device.
You can control and manage cookies in various ways. Please keep in mind that removing or blocking cookies can negatively impact your user experience and parts of our website may no longer be fully accessible.
Most browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can choose whether or not to accept cookies through your browser controls, often found in your browser’s “Tools'' or “Preferences” menu. For more information on how to modify your browser settings or how to block, manage or filter cookies can be found in your browser’s help file or through such sites as: www.allaboutcookies.org
Additionally, please note that blocking cookies may not completely prevent how we share information with third parties such as our advertising partners. To exercise your rights or opt-out of certain uses of your information by these parties, please follow the instructions in the “Behavioural Advertising” section below.
6.3 Do Not Track
Please note that because there is no consistent industry understanding of how to respond to “Do Not Track” signals, we do not alter our data collection and usage practices when we detect such a signal from your browser.
7. BEHAVIOURAL ADVERTISING

7.1 Google Analytics
This site uses Google Analytics. Use includes the Universal Analytics operating mode. This makes it possible to assign data, sessions and interactions across multiple devices to a pseudonymous user ID and thus analyse a user's activities across devices.
Google Analytics uses cookies, which enable an analysis of your use of the Site. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this Site is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. If IP anonymization is activated on this Site, your IP address will be shortened beforehand by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be sent to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other Google data. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the Site, to compile reports on Site activity and to provide other services related to website activity and internet usage to the Site operator.
Our legitimate interest in data processing also lies in these purposes. The legal basis for the use of Google Analytics is Section 15 (3) TMG and Article 6 (1) F GDPR. The data sent by us and linked to cookies, user IDs (e.g. user ID) or advertising IDs are automatically deleted after 14 months. Data that has reached the end of its retention period is automatically deleted once a month. You can find more information on the terms of use and data protection under https://www.google.com/analytics/terms/de.html or at https://policies.google.com/?hl=de
You can prevent the storage of cookies by setting your browser software accordingly; we would like to point out to you however that in this case you may not be able to use all functions of this Site in full. You can also prevent Google from collecting the data generated by the cookie and related to your use of the Site (including your IP address) and from processing this data by Google by clicking https://tools.google.com /dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de and installing it. Opt-out cookies prevent future collection of your data when you visit this website. To prevent Universal Analytics from collecting data across different devices, you must opt out on all systems used.
You can read more about how Google uses your Personal Information here: https://www.google.com/intl/en/policies/privacy/.
7.2. Facebook Pixels
This Site uses the visitor action pixel from Facebook (Meta) to measure conversion. In this way, the behaviour of site visitors can be tracked after they have been redirected to the website by clicking on a Facebook ad. This allows the effectiveness of the Facebook ads to be evaluated for statistical and market research purposes and future advertising measures to be optimised.
The data collected is anonymous to us as the operator of this Site, we cannot draw any conclusions about the identity of the user. However, the data is stored and processed by Facebook so that a connection to the respective user profile is possible and Facebook can use the data for its own advertising purposes in accordance with the Facebook data usage guidelines. This use of the data cannot be influenced by us as the site operator.
- You will find further information on protecting your privacy in Facebook's data protection information: https://www.facebook.com/about/privacy/ .
- You can also deactivate the "Custom Audiences" remarketing function in the Ad Settings section at https://www.facebook.com/ads/preferences/?entry_product=ad_settings_screen . To do this, you must be logged in to Facebook.
- If you do not have a Facebook account, you can deactivate usage-based advertising from Facebook on the website of the European Interactive Digital Advertising Alliance: http://www.youronlinechoices.com/de/praferenzmanagement/.
7.3 Shopify Audiences
This Site uses Shopify Audiences to help us show ads on other websites with our advertising partners to buyers who made purchases with other Shopify merchants and who may also be interested in what we have to offer. We also share information about your use of the Site, your purchases, and the email address associated with your purchases with Shopify Audiences, through which other Shopify merchants may make offers you may be interested in.
7.4 Google Maps
This site uses the Google Maps service via an API. In order to use the functions of Google Maps, it is necessary to save your IP address. This information is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. The provider of this site has no influence on this data transfer. Google Maps is used in the interest of an attractive presentation of our online offers and to make it easier to find the places we have indicated on the website. This represents a legitimate interest within the meaning of Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR. You can find more information on the handling of user data in Google's data protection declaration: https://www.google.de/intl/de/policies/ privacy/.
